The premium package is perfect for couples needing guidance in all aspects of planning for the most important day of their lives. I will help you bring your ideas to life from the moment you say ‘yes’ all the way until you dance the night away. This package includes:
● We will work closely with you to develop a concept, using our design board and custom color palette to align perfectly with your vision.
● Assistance with the research, selection, booking, and management of venue, vendors & suppliers.
● I will accompany you to your first consultations/site visits for key vendors.
● I will oversee your wedding budget, offering detailed cost estimates and financial management.
● I will meticulously orchestrate your ceremony and reception, creating a comprehensive schedule of events. This detailed runsheet and timeline will be distributed to all relevant guests, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring a seamlessly coordinated celebration.
● 4x in-person/ zoom meetings.

Coordinator Package
You’ve meticulously planned your wedding, and now, as the day draws near, it’s time to hand over the responsibility. Trust us to manage the details, granting you the freedom to unwind and enjoy this special day to the fullest, completely stress-free.
It’s often your nearest and dearest that end up frantically managing things, playing the part of a wedding planner, leaving them with little opportunity to fully appreciate and cherish the unforgettable moments.
As dedicated industry professionals, our focus is solely on you. We don’t get caught up in conversations with relatives, we aren’t busy taking photos when we’re needed elsewhere, and we are the first to know if something doesn’t go as planned.
● Takeover starting two months prior to the wedding.
● I will assist in orchestrating your ceremony and reception, creating a comprehensive schedule of events. This detailed runsheet and timeline will be distributed to all relevant guests, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring a seamlessly coordinated celebration.
● Confirm and establish communication with all contracted vendors.
● 2x in-person/ zoom meetings.
● Set up signage, arrange the guest book, and organize gift and card vessels along with other necessary items.
● Manage the bridal party, cue musicians, and coordinate entertainment for the ceremony.
● Oversee the transition from ceremony to reception
● Ensure all essential wedding materials, memories, and gifts are gathered and returned to you.
● Address any challenges and unexpected situations that
may arise, providing effective solutions.
